Established in 1983, Widem Corporation BVBA started as a customs broker.
With the disappearance of the borders within the European Union, Widem BVBA transformed itself into a integrated logistics group under the professional supervision of our CEO Yvan Vande Ghinste. The company has been split up into Widem Corporation NV and Wimatrans NV.
The former is specialized in forwarding from and to Morrocco and can pass for one of the Belgian references on this destination. Of course, part of this has been realized through Widem Maroc, subsidiary of Wimatrans. By this, Wimatrans can maintain the same high levels of service in Morrocco as in Belgium.
Widem Corporation NV and its subsidiary Widem Turkey is rather orientating themselves as a forwarder on the European plan and Turkey.
With the foundation of trucking companies in Slovakia ( Widem Slovakia ) and Morocco ( Widem Trans ), Widem Corporation and Wimatrans are keeping all shipments in own hands. By this, they are able to deliver service at competitive prices.
